We are available any time for catering. And at the facility for small gatherings on off days and hours. Please contact us for information.

What WILL STAFF BE WEARING?

  • WILL YOU PROVIDE A BANQUET CAPTAIN OR ON SITE COORDINATOR TO RUN THE ENTIRE EVENT?
    Yes, we always have a captain at events to handle our end of the event.  Normally, clients have a coordinator, DJ, etc. that we communicate with to manage event timelines. However, if you would like us to manage and coordinate the event, we can for an additional charge, separate from catering.
  • DO YOU HAVE A PRE-SET MEAL OR YOU CREATE TO CUSTOMIZE?
    We can provide both options.
  • DO YOU CHARGE TO CUT CAKE OR POUR CHAMPAGNE?
    Yes, we do. Depending on the guests count.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY?
    We require a deposit of half down to reserve your date. The remaining balance and final guest count is due 10 days prior to the event date. After the deposit is made you have 48 hours to cancel, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. If an unforeseen occurrence takes place we can move the deposit to another available date within a 6 month time frame, at our discretion.
